DIC Corporation announced its wholly owned subsidiary, DIC (China) Co., Ltd., wholly acquires Chinese coating resins manufacturer Guangdong TOD New Material Co., Ltd. headquartered in Guangdong Province, China (TODNM). The price of the acquisition is undisclosed.
JC Materials (SZ) Co.,Ltd is the subsidiary for JC Industry Technology Co., Ltd. ，focusing on R&D in new materials, specialty chemicals.
